Fabric Material (Children's Workwear)

Most of WorkArmour's kids range is built from cotton and cotton drill. The one exception is the safety vest, which is 100% polyester, chosen for its UPF 50 rating rather than for feel.

Cotton breathes well, which helps on hot days, and it's soft enough that long sleeves and hoodies stay comfortable through a full day of wear. Lightweight shirts suit warmer weather, while the midweight kids cargo pants, shorts, and roughall — all 245gsm cotton — carry more coverage for cooler days or rougher play.

The two-tone kids hi vis shirts use cotton drill specifically, a tighter weave than standard cotton that holds up better to repeated washing. It's the same fabric logic used across WorkArmour's adult hi vis shirt range, just sized down.
