Free Shipping for Purchases Over $100

WorkArmour Solutions offers Free Shipping for purchases above $100.00 (inc GST). For orders below $100.00 (inc GST), a flat delivery charge of $9.95 per order will apply.

Note: In Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory, a flat delivery charge of $9.95 per order will be applied regardless of order value.

All items are delivered by Australia Post and other carriers from time to time.

We generally try to consolidate the order and send all the items as one shipment. If we receive your order before 11am Monday to Friday AEST and your items are in stock, your order will be dispatched on the same day.

If you have ordered several brands and some are not readily available, we may have to wait for all the items to come into our store before we can dispatch your order. If that is the case, it may take 3 or more business days to dispatch, and we will provide an estimated delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, these conditions must be met:

  • The goods must be returned within 10 business days of receipt
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received
  • It must be in the original packaging with all the swing tags
  • A copy of WorkArmour Solutions invoice or proof of purchase must be attached

To complete your return, please request for a RA (Return Authority) by sending an email to [email protected] with reason for return.

Once you receive the RA number, you can send the items to the address below with the RA number marked on the parcel along with the copy of the order or email. Please note failing to mention RA number will result in delay in processing the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your refund or exchange is approved, we will process it within 7-10 working days of receiving the item. For approved refunds, there will be a Restocking fee of $20 + GST or 15% of the stock item price – whichever is higher. Restocking fee & original freight will be deducted from order amount and nett amount will be refunded to you.

Custom branding Pricing and Timeframe

There is a minimum order quantity of 10pcs (embroidery), and 30pcs (printing) required for this service. There will be a one-off Logo set-up charge of $60 (incl. GST). Upon application, we will provide a Garment Cost inclusive of your logo. The cost will vary according to the garment style(s) you select, the size of logo/design, and your order quantity. Shipping charges as per our Shipping Policy will apply.

Once you approve the Garment Cost and place your order, we will provide you with a sample of embroidery or print for approval between 3-5 working days. Once the sample has been approved, and the garments are in stock, lead time will be 5-10 working days to dispatch from our warehouse.
